Live with Etisalat Internet Browsing

I just got an Etisalat sim pack today after having been frustrated with MTN's 24 hours data plan which has been so disrupted with their off and on GPRS service. Imagine paying for 24 hrs browsing on mtn for 2 consecutive days and I have not been able to do anything with it. Well, I just said, let me give Etisalat a try.
I got the Etisalat sim pack for N400 at a nearby shop and plugged it into my Nokia 6300 phone. Then I Googled for the Internet set up configuration in order to set it up on my phone and this is what I used:

Etisalat GPRS Settings
Homepage: www.etisalat.com.ng
Username: None
Password: None
APN: Etisalat
Primary Proxy: 010.071.170.005:8080

Ok, after I got the settings configured for my phone manually, I saw that gprs service was already activated for my sim and so I bought N200 credit to start browsing. The obstacle I then faced was that I was unable to load the credit on my phone until like 4 hrs later after trying to call the customer care. While I was still listening to the language options on customer care, I received a welcome sms from Etisalat and so I tried loading the credit again and it was successful.
Now, I tried browsing again with my phone and it went to Google - A success! So I immediately connected it to my laptopn with a bluetooth device to start full desktop browsing and to my amazement, after few minutes of going live with Etisalat, I was browsing at such a fast and reliable speed with Etisalat. It was quite faster than MTN and I don't think I'm going back to that for now.

Etisalat has got flexible data plans for those who want to subscribe and use the internet on the network and it can be as cheap as N1000 for a month's browsing:

So, my advise to you is if you are looking for an excitingly fast and reliable internet service, you need to try Etisalat and see the difference. It would be much faster if you are using this service with a 3g ogr HSPDA device which Etisalat also sells on easynet.

Well it costs N14700 at their shop now and this includes the data sim card that will come with the modem. I think the price has reduces though as they are doing a promo

een operating in NIGERIA, I've been getting the best service on there internet browser. They gave me this line free without any problem, only. What I need now is how to get configuration and free browser on my BB and My bonus, because I have never been given any ETISALAT promo or anything in term of appriciation.
