If you are an Etisalat user and want to get a better deal with internet service fees, one plan I would suggest that you choose is the I month plan for 100mb AT NGN1000 only. Yes, you can browse the internet using Etisalat's easynet for only N1000 only for a month!
How to get started?
Well, for mobile browsing on your phone, all you need is:

- A mobile phone
- An Etisalat sim
- NGN1,000 credit

How to activate the internet plan
Normall, if you already have the GPRS/Internet settingso n your phone and it has been activated, browsing on the go is possible but this will be on a pay as you go basis which I can tell you is quite expensive. How to get on a budget of N1000 per month? Then this is what you do:

1. Load a credit of N1000 on your phone
2. Dial the activation code "*229*2*1#" without the quotes
3. You will receive a confirmation by text message that tells you you are on easynet
4. Now you can start browsing and experience the speed of Etisalat Internet browsing on your phone

It doesn't matter how much credit unit you load as long as it cummulatively adds up to N1000/ You can buy N200 times 5 recharge card worth and then when your total credit adds up to N1000. you may then subscribe

I registered my etisalat sim some days ago. I could not make calls but could receive, i load 100 naira recharfge and subscribe to the rit plan but no msg was sent and i could browse, so annoying. Help pls

You can buy credit for the Etisalat sim and then send an SMS help to 229. They should give you a list data plans to choose from
