HP Deskjet ink advantage 5525: All in one HP Printer that prints, photocopies and scans

Talk about an electronic device that not only prints documents but also photocopies and scan. This is what the HP 5525 All in one printer does and ever since I got it, it has made work much easier at my office.

I used to have a basic HP printer before which worked pretty well but all it could do was print on paper in black and in colour but did nothing else.

As one who uses a computer at the office, I also had the need to do photocopies as well as scanning. I had to patronize business centers in Lagos Nigeria just to get some work done from time to time. I have to confess that some of these business centers were not reliable or had good customer service . Besides, some of them were not really as good as others and at times even others disappointed me with excuses ranging from no light, machine not working, no ink. So, I got the all in one HP printer for under N36k and it's been providing a good service since.

This printer can do high quality printing in black and in colour and it makes use of a USB connection to your computer and it even supports Wireless printing from a Wifi network although I've not yet started using that feature.

It has a small display touchscreen in the front with which you can perform many jobs such as printing and scanning photocopying.

Photocopying on this all in one Hp deskjet printer is one thing that has really made my job easier. It's some easy to photocopy and you don't even need to connect it to a computer when using. You just need to place the document to be copied face down on the glass, close the lid and then use the touchscreen to enter your details. You can choose to do your copies in black and white or in colour. Yes, you can do coloured copying and not just black and white unlike what most business centers in Lagos offer. You can also easily decide how many copies of a particular page you want and if you want to do them front and back.

Scanning on the HP Deskjet ink advantage 5525 is also easy and you just need to place the document on the glass, close the lid and then use the touchscreen buttons to start the scanning process. You'd need to connect it to a device such as your laptop in order to start the scanning process. You'd need to first bring up the Windows and Scan program and then start the scanning process from your printer's touchscreen to start the process. The scanned document will be uploaded to the connected device.

Those are the basic things I've been able to do with this printer that not only prints. I'm amazed that it still takes less space unlike what would have been the case if I had to get a printer, a scanner and a photocopying machine as 3 items separately.

With this printer, you don't need a separate machine for scanning printing or photocopying and it doesn't even need to be bulky too.
