I don't know what is happening to Jumia Nigeria's affiliate program because I've been unable to login to my account for the past 2 or 3 weeks now.When I try visiting Jumia Nigeria's affiliate login page at affiliate.jumia.com, I normally get an error saying "Object not found. Error 401".It seems Jumia Nigeria is having a problem with their webpage or perhaps, they are trying to redevelop it. The last time I even successfully loaded the page and tried logging in, I got an error that my password was incorrect and when I tried resetting my password by providing my account name, I got another error saying my account does not exist. I initially thought that Jumia had cancelled my account but it seems this is not so.Now, the Affiliate webpage is no longer working and I just don't know why. What is worse is that there is not even any official explanation by Jumia to their affiliates of the problem they are having. Does it mean that they don't value their Nigerian affiliates that much?This is really not a cool way to run an affiliate program you want people to promote because it could make existing affiliates lose interest in the program and scare away potential affiliates.
