Make money in nigeria buying and selling domain names

i heard about this gist from a friend that one can actually make money buying and selling domain names from nigeria. But i don;t really get it. i know how to register domain names, but how do i get my money here?

i think it is believeabe. Think of it. You invest say N3000 in buying a domain name after speculating how much it would be worth and how much traffic it may probably generate and you list it with your domain parker. When someone else who is interested in the same name that you registered sees it and is interested in buying. you sell it for the new price and you're out. Domains are registered annually and you should at least be able to market and sell your domains within a year else you could be incurring costs which you'll need to add up back to the original domain cost in order that you may make profit. i think it's reasonable to believe in.

I guess one has to be very patient with it and with the events in the Nigerian stock market, a lot of millionaires would not want to become thousandnaires overnight after the big leap. Looking for a reliable alternative form of invesmtent is what people like me are looking into and i wouldn't mind this domain thing
