My desktop computer has been having problems lately and i've been trying to install an antivirus software on it but it doesn't work. I think it's becuase of a virus and i'm finding it hard to do anything positive with the computer. what do i do?

Norton should be able to remove it. why not?

You'll need to reformat your entire system and then reinstall the OS

I agree with swoosh, but you should back up your important files in an external drive before formatting cos it will erase all you data.
