Often times, users of MTN who use the MTN share n sell service to transfer credit from their phone to another mtn line have fallen into the problem of forgetting their pin. A lot of them would want to know how to recover their pin and so they throng the MTN online website to see how to recover it back. Remember the default pin is 0000 and you should change it before you start using share n sell.
So the main complaint that keeps comping to MTN is "I forgot my MTN Share n Sell pin".
The thing is that MTN offices are crowded with a lot of subscribers who have got one problem or the other such as blocked from using recharge card, making calls and even using mtn share n sell. You don't need to go to the MTN office to get all these problems solved.
I want to share how you can do this without going to the MTN office. You can unblock your MTN SHARE n sell pin at home just by making a call.

Here is what you should do to recover your MTN share N sell pin:

1. Write down 4 numbers that you regularly call on a piece of paper
2. Call the MTN Customer service on 180 and tell them your problem i.e. You want to reset you share n sell pin
3. They will reset your pin and tell you to change it after a few minutes or day
4 Change your default pin to a new pin(by sending 0000 1234 1234 to 777, if you want 1234 to be your new pin)
5. Now you can start using MTN share n sell.

*If you have been disabled from using MTN share n sell, then you can also call customer service, keeping your details at hand and ask them to enable the service for you.
