I'm making money from Google adsense in Nigeria and they pay into my domiciliary account. I just want to know if I have to pay tax on that income. Is my Adsense income subject to tax?

The banks charge a lot of fees for receiving money from Adsense. Why would you still want to pay tax on that income? Besides, it is not a steady source of income and could dry up one day.

Certain incomes are exempted according to a section in the PITA act.

Somewhere it reads that:

"Income earned from outside Nigeria by a temporary guest, lecture, nurse, doctor and other professional and brought into Nigeria shall be exempt from tax provided that such income is deposited in a domiciliary account in an authorised bank in Nigeria"

I'm guessing Professional there includes Adsense publishers. Perhaps, when Google starts paying directly to savings account and in Naira, then would it be taxable.
