The best way is to meet a stockbroker for advise or the company registrar in order to determine who the benefactors, next of kin or administrator is. The benefactor or administrator will now deposit the shares into a cscs account through a stockbroker and later transfers to any other person entitled to it

That's about it but I think there would also be need to provide a death certificate or court affidavit proving death has occurred
