Can I withdraw from Paypal to a Payoneer Mastercard?

I have a Paypal account but I also have a Payoneer Mastercard that has just been activated. I am living in Kenya and I'm an infolinks publisher so that's how I got a Payoneer Mastercard through them. I just want to know if it is possible to transfer my funds from Paypal to Payoneer Mastercard since Paypal allows Kenyans to withdraw to a card. The only thing I'm not sure of is if this card is acceptable.
