I send someone in Nigeria money through western union and he had since stopped contacting me. We had a business arrangement that didn't come through. What do I do as the money involved already is over $50,000?

You still have his contacts right? Nowadays, western union payments are only made to bank account holders. So it is better to act fast and report the person to the police before it's too late. Try contacting the EFCC as they are in charge of prosecuting advance fee fraud cases in Nigeria. See their website here: www.efccnigeria.org/

You should stop sending money to people you don't know.
