Does the Payoneer Mastercard work on Quickteller?

I know the Payoneer Mastercard works on local ATMs in Nigeria and the same goes for foreign issued Mastercard cards too but I want to know if it can also be used for Quickteller on the ATM and also their website. Will I be able to use my Payoneer Mastercard to do things like transferring money to another bank using Quickteller platform. What about using it directly on the Quickteller website?

I want to remove money from my Payoneer Mastercard account but I don't want to withdraw cash but just transfer it to my bank.

Has anyone successfully used this before?
