How do I sell recharge cards online?

I'm really interested in doing something like what quickteller.com and mtntopup.com are already doing. I just want to be able to sell it to people on autopilot. I would also like to know why other sites that were once into the business sort of died out. Sites like rechargenigeria.com, prepaidnigeria.com and so on are no longer working, why?
