To Upload image files in your post, follow these steps:

1. Firstly make sure that your picture is not too big. A good image dimension would be at most 448 by 336.
2. Click on the Attach link which will open in an new window
3. Click on the browse button to locate the image file on your system
4. Select the file and click on open in the interactive window and then on attach in the window that was opened on the browser. The file upload begins..
5. A return page appears. Follow the instructions and copy the output file name. It is in the format e.g. "10.jpg" without quotes.
6. Close the page
7. Return to the form you want to post with and paste the code or file name there.
8. Post your message .
