Go to Liberty Reserve account

Liberty reserve is the new wave of payment in Nigeria. Most people who do online business will at one time or the other seek to get a Liberty reserve account. Getting a liberty reserve account can be cumbersome at the first instant but when you've got it, you will be able to send and receive money online without having a paypal account or credit card.
Liberty Reserve has become widely adopted by people across the world in emerging economies since it is much easier and convenient to opening and using an account.

Liberty Reserve receives and sends money on your behalf in form of e-currency but which can equally convert to cash by withdrawing to your bank account.

I heard about loading funds to your liberty reserve account but the problem now is that goldnairaexchange charges are just too much as liberty reserve. Why is the difference too much in terms of loading fee and actual amount loaded. For instance, how can i have to buy liberty reserve at N170 to a dollar?

Well Paypal is more widely accepted than LR but for Nigeria, Liberty reserve is most widely used. If you are seeking to do online business in Nigeria, choosing Liberty reserve rather than Paypal will be much better for you. They are both online means of transferring electronic funds from which you can equally withdraw real cash.

You can go to goldnairaexchange.com for more details. $10 will cost you about N170 from them. It also costs about N179 per dollar at naijacreditcards.com but funding at any of these agents mostly depend on the exchange rate of the dollar to the naira.

It will be much wiser to make money with your liberty reserve if you have got something to sell on your website like a service or ebook or something.

Yes LR is the best means of online payment and receiving money in Nigeria and it allows you to make money from it using referrals, so for everyone you refer to the liberty reserve website, you get a commission.

Problem with this is that it takes time to credit my account when I make payment in Nigeria andmany people don't really know how to open an account for themselves. The other thing I don't like about Liberty reserve is the numerous log in details that makes me think that they are not that secure. Also, the fact that it is a third party doesn't imply that they will check up the person you are sending money to. So it is wise to send money only to peopl you know and can trust and not just anyone offering something to you on the internet.

I have used it once and it helped me make payment for a virtual visa card. The only thing is the many transaction fees by both the agents as well as LR.

I just added $15 to my liberty account but was credited only $14.85. I think Liberty reserve cahrges your account when you add money to it. i don't know if I will also be charged if I send money to another person. Paypal doesn't charge for receiving money and so I hope Liberty won't charge me again for sending money

WelL You can get more information from https://www.libertyreserve.com/en/fees/index.aspx.

They charge as low as $0.01 to $2.99 for receiving and $0 for sending. So it is much cheaper when compared to other options like Paypal. The only thing I get tired of is the numerous log in process.

The whole thingy sucks. Having to send and receive money with LR. The main problem is funding my liberty reserve account. The exchangers available in Nigeria charge too much commission for funding. It will be better if they had an office in Nigeria or if the exchangers would reduce their charges
