I already have a Paypal account which i recently registered. I am trying to see how i will be able to verify it without any problems. I want the restrictions to be removed from my account

To verify your paypal account, you will need a us bank account or your own credit card.
Verifying with your own credit card requires you having an acceptable credit card and paypal will charge the card with 2 amounts. You will then enter the charge details to verify your account. Paypal will reimburse you with the charges
