Most credit cards issued in Nigeria do not come with a US Address.
They are not always accepted online by various websites partly due to the Nigerian factor called the Nigerian credit card scam.
Nigeria is not the only country where there's a high incidence of fraudulent credit card transactions targeting the US, but it's the country with the highest incidents of credit card scams coming from Africa.
However, Nigeria also has a lot of good guys and people who seek to and use valid credit cards for genuine online businesses. Mastercard as well as Visa are already in Nigeria and can be gotten from most Nigerian banks like;

- Intercontinental bank
- Zenith bank
- GTBank
- FCMB
- UBA
- Ecobank

These credit cards obtainable from Nigerian banks mostly come with the following basic features;

- Starting balance of around $125
- Registered with your name and Nigerian address
- Low transaction and reloading fees
- Expiration period of around 2years

Those credit cards are good and easily obtainable, even for higher denominations and usable on dollar based ATM machines.
But there has been incidences of non-acceptance by merchants across the world due to the reasonable fear over the Nigerian credit card scam which reigned a few years before the entry of Mastercard and Visa into Nigeria.
There has been series of complaints made by genuine credit card users in Nigeria, some of which may read;

"I used my Mastercard for online shopping on Ralph Lauren's site but my order was cancelled a few days after making the purchase online."

"I buthg 2 domains on Godaddy but it was not transferred to my account till date. The domains have now being back-ordered by the company."

"I can't be able to pay for my online application fee at Rider's University because there was no option for Nigerian billing address."

"My subscription to Menshealth was cancelled a few days after I signed up with my Mastercard".

The reasons for unsuccessful credit card transactions from Nigeria are numerous but mainly range from lack of trust by the merchant, total exclusion of Nigeria addresses from websites, suspected fraudulent ip address, relative newness of Nigeria branded credit cards, e.t.c.

So, in Nigeria, there has been an increasing desire to having a credit card with a US Address for a whole lot of reasons.
Most people who have been on the internet for long and have become accustomed to how e-commerce works form Nigeria have both Nigerian as well as US issued credit cards due to obvious reasons.
If you still think that you don't need a credit card with a US address just yet, here are a couple of reasons I will give you as to why you may need one;

Higher Acceptance rates on credit ard Transactions:
Of course you would want your credit card to be accepted on all online business transactions without rejection.

Online shopping and delivery of tangible goods:
You must have wished for a way to be able to shop from the comfort of your home on any US based merchant website on items like clothes, books, cars or even mobile phones and expect delivery to Nigeria. You can do such things with a US credit card.

Access to Paypal - Sending and Receiving of electronic money:
Paypal is popular and global and that should be a suficient reason. You might have already dreamt of having a paypal account operateable from Nigeria, a US addressed credit card can do that for you

Starting balance lower than $50:
Starting balance lower than $50
Perhaps you don't want to spend as much as a $100 having a credit cad of yours. You can get a credit card with a US address with as low as $30

Well, I will not be able to mention all the benefits of having such a credit card here, but if you are interested in having one of them for genuine online transactions, then this is what you will need to do;

Pay funds into VTN's bank account

Transfer naira funds from VTN to your Graphcard account

Create a Visa credit card with Graphcard
