I want to setup gprs on my phone. I am in ghana and want to be browsing. How can i do this?

Well the settings for mtn ghana are as follows:
Name: MTN
APN :.internet
IP :.172.017.003.005
PORT :.8080
no username or password
You can now browse with the above config

I purchased mtn data sim
i installed it in my mobile phone which is Chinese made dual sim and I sent request for gprs settings but I haven't receive till now
my phone model is: E66i
