It is not that hard. All you need to do is to get a credit card with about 100 on it and register at godaddy.com and then direct the dns to your webhost like Yahoo or bluehost. Then you can sign up at blogger or wordpress and connect it to be publishing to your website. You can then sign up with Google adsense to monetize your blog. It is that easy
