There has been a lot of requests made on the post Nigerian Customs Service and I would want to recall some of the questions asked there:

- I like to join custom pls what and where should i go pls reply me
custom has been my main target,how do i join?
- I want to join the nigerian customs service.
- I want to join the nigeriam custom service and i want you to keep in tourch with me as soon as your form is out for 2010
- I want to know about the 2010 customs recruitment date, and when the form is going to be send and the procedure.thank
- I really want to join the nigeria customs,pls when are the recruiting again.
- Pls I want to know the time of requitment form is going to come out.

There are still lots and lots of answers a lot of Nigerians would like to know regarding the Nigerian Customs Service and their questions show that they are mostly uninformed or lack sufficient information about how to get a job at the Nigerian Customs Service.

The Nigerian Customs service is a a paramilitary organisation, goverment body that is involved in the collection of and accounting for tarriffs, implement Government trade and fiscal policies and advise on their development. They also perform Trade Facilitation and protection of Nigerian Society.
The Customs Service is a public service and it is run by the Federal government. It also employs workforce periodically in order to ensure that it can fulfil its duties to the public.

When vacancies are available, they are normally posted on the official website of the Nigerian Customs Service job vacancy page located at http://www.customs.gov.ng/jobs/joblistings.php.

If you are still seeking a job at the Service, then the best thing you should do is to go to http://www.customs.gov.ng/jobs/joblistings.php for details

    since as a child i have had the dream of joining the custom world. Since i got an assitance from a custom officer when his car stopped he needed a push we pushed his vehicle as school children at primary 4. He gave us money that can even pay our school fees money which i hadnt counted before when i looked in his car and found out he was a custom i swore to be a custom officer.
