Let's share ideas here. What should you do to ensure a good investment.
To start with, i'll say
1. Don't put all your money into one investment. At least always have 50% reserve.
2. Invest in only what you know.

Investing in real estate wil certainly pay in the future, unless there is a serious war or something that send people running away from the city.
