It is not hard nowadays to make money online in Nigeria compared to before. Infact, now it has becom easier, with the advent of credit cards by Nigerian banks. Just build a website with many pages of relevant information, info that Nigerians are highly searching for on Google. Once you do this and publish your site, U can attach a blog to it, to keep adding newer content at your spare time to help it rank higher on Google searches. Sign up for adsense and begin to earn dollars now that naira is falling very fast and our 2009 budget is already facing serious threats. Then you can also sign up with Google adwords to drive traffic to your adsens site. Be careful however not to spend more than you earn on adsense and try to make a profit from it. Adwords plus adsense is a good combo for those who have a lot of content but not much traffic and before you know it, people would know your site and you may not need adwords again but adsense will keep making you money. You can have an information site that people need everyday like the stock market offers, results or trends. You may also keep a history of news in different sectors of the economy or you could even teach job seekers how to secure their dream jobs such that in essence you are giving people free information while at the same time making a decent living with your website.
