I BELIEVE THEY STILL CHARGE N0.70K PER KB. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW, THEN FIRST CHECK YOUR BALANCE BY DIALLING *556# AND PUNCH IN HTE FIGURE TO A CALCULATOR, THEN GO TO ANY SITE WITH YOUR PHONE LIKE WAP.GOOGLE.COM AND CHECK THE BALANCE AGAIN AND YOU'LL SEE THE DIFFERENCE. THEN COMPARE THE DIFFERENCE WITH THE SIZE OF THE SITE YOU VISITED, YOUR PHONE SHOULD HAVE RECORDED THAT SOMEWHERE, SO WITH THIS YOU'LL KNOW HOW MUCH THEY CHARGE PER KB(KILOBYTE)
