I think it is also possible to trick into the celtel gprs settings for free internet browsing using the following instructions
... Activate the normal gprs settings for your phone and when your phone is active, follow the next steps.
... The network settings on your pc should be username = Administrator
password = Client
dial up no= *99***1#
APN= internet.ng.celtel.com or wap.ng.celtel.com
When you're through with it, try and open google, if you see the celtel logo, it shows that you could be billed, so this is the trick;
Go to tools, internet options, connections, select settings, uncheck the proxy server and ok.
Close the browser and open it. You should now be able to browse for free.
