perhaps your network is not allowing you to download the file. Some networks do have their own GPRS settings. perhaps you should use celtel wap

I got the settings and it worked fine. One can also change his home page to wap.google.com instead of wap.ng.celtel.com

i tried connecting my celtel phone to my laptop but it doesn't browse. it works only with the phone but as for my mtn sim, it also works with my laptop apart from my phone
