Hey Engineers at MTN or any person that can help, Urgent Please???-------- I have blackberry 8830 world edition both Sprint and Verizon. My problem is that if you want to add recharge card or check your recharge card balance on MTN network, that is when you dial *555*Recharge Card Number# the phone will go into dialing the number like making a call. At the end it will not allow you to add recharge card or check the balance. But if you use another phone to add recharge card then the phones works well on MTN Networks. This problem does not happen on Zain and Glo Networks. My question is, do I need to manually configure GPRS service in order to solve this problem?
