Like play, like play it's like the Action congress (AC)is finally getting stronger by capturing another state after Lagos as former charismatic Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) President - Adams Oshiomola has been declared the winner of the 2007 Governorship election in Edo state. There was jubilation all over Benin city on that day when the verdict was pronounced an INEC has been ordered to issue him with a certificate off return. We'll however have to wait for the appeal court to finally determine the fate of this judgement as the Edo state governor Osunbor has expressed his desire to appeal the verdict within the stipulated time. He still however remains the executive governor of Edo state

    Since the aftermath of the state govt information minister, Enoma, after which the govt blamed Oshiomole for kidnapping him, the state govt is now making a public apology after the AC and Oshiomole had threatened to go to court if they do not apologise.
