Glo is the best thing that has ever happened to Nigeria in terms of telecom services. When the gsm revolution began after Nigerians eagerly awaited for a telecom service that would be more reliable and sensible than Nitel, we mostly thought, "The South Africans are coming,.. the South Africans are coming." Glo(Globacom) was the only gsm company that really came out of Nigeria, thanks to our noble sons and experts. What if we finished awarding the gsm license and only found out that there was not a single Nigerian company that could deliver the same mobile service which other mega gsm companies were already delivering, then came glo, out of the blue or greens to rescue Nigeria's image. Glo is truly Nigerian and is going global
