We suffer too much from multiple taxation in Nigeria and with the recent campaigns by the Lagos state govt on collecting tax from residents, it is becoming a burden for people to bear despite low income levels. Value added tax is a tax also called VAT that is place on all vatable goods and services when they are eithr bought or sold. It kind of replaces the sales tax and is even wider spread to cover more people who may want to evade tax. Most products that we buy are subject to tax. But i want to know, is it right fore people who earn below N10,000 be subjected to this same kind of tax since what they make is merely survival income

i don't think that those who earn N10,000 and below have to pay personal income tax. I mean after the main deductions and personal allowances, you don't have to pay tax on just N10,000.

My complain is that my waec result for MAY/JUNE 2011 with the number 4320212138 was released but my middle name has been omitted i.e NZOOMI.
This doesn't tally with my other documents. My request is that you pls help me add the name to my names on your website. Thanks for your urgent respond.

Sir, i wrote my waec may/june in the year 2003 with reg no. 4150605169 and the name of the sch is COMMUNITY SECONDARY SCHOOL, OZOM MGBAGBU OWA in Ezeagu Enugu State since then i have not gotton my original result certificate. It was not among those sent to the sch. Pls sir i need your help because without it i will not be able 2 partake in the forthcoming verification in my sch on 10th October this year and all my effort for 3yrs now for my Deploma result will be in vain. Thanks and God bless.

to whom it may concern,please was a candidate of waec examination (nov/dec 2009/2010,now i want to get my statement of result and there are certain requirements that i don't know how to get like my photo-card for the exam,which is lost and am confused about how to get another one..since all i could lay hands on is the result scratch card.please what do i do to get a copy of my photo-card?thank you
