I've been hearing of virtual credit card in Nigeria, what does it really mean and does it count as a credit card. Can i use it to make purchases from the internet?

With graphcard you can get a suitable virtual card if you like. I've been using them.

I mean nigerian banks now offer credit cards and i use them to pay for domain names.

I think he's asking about virtual credit cards and what they mean. A virtual card is a kind of credit card that cannot be held physically but can equally be used in settling online transactions on the internet in the very same way a credit card can be used. It is used to reduce the cost of producing a physical card and also to make the facility to be available for a wide variety of users across the world.
