I am in Nigeria and would like to get a valid credit card that works on all sites like Yahoo and others like foreign universities. How do i get one that would help me make acceptable payments online>

One can't really say. i WOULD HAVE TOLD YOU to get one from the bank but not all sites accept credit cards with addresses in Nigeria but rather a US or other safer address. MOST credit cards issued in Nigeria are meant for ATM transactions abroad and some few sites.

Have you tried graphcard.com. With a graphcard account, you can create your own virtual visacard with ease. You can even use paypal or get a us address and phone number
