I was referred to Virtual Terminal networks located at www.virtualterminalnetwork.com by graphcard since this was the only means made available for Nigerians to make payments to graphcard. I entered graphcard because I was interested in getting a virtual credit card from them since it comes with a US address and the cards offered by Nigerian banks were not well accepted on some sites that i deal with. Now, I just wanted to make the payments to graphcard through www.virtualterminalnetwork.com as recommended and VTN referred me to make payments to any of their UBA bank branches into an account number. I actually made the payment into their account and into one of their mentioned branches but it has been 2 weeks now and VTN has not credited my online account with them. Each time I logged into VTN, my account balance reads zero and I am not able to make any payments to graphcard through them ever since. VTN has not sent me any mail and they do not have any office in Lagos or phone number or even email address that I can contact them with for clarifications. How long will it take for them to credit my account after I have fulfilled all their requirements. How do i contact VTN as the only thing i have is the teller I paid with and their web address?

Funny enough i went to www.virtualterminalnetwork.com today and navigated to their forum and saw that i was not the only one having the funding problem. I don't know if VTN is trying to be fraudulent or just delaying one's business. I don't think after this experience and delay i would think about doing business with them again.
This is what some users posted on their forum and i didn't see any reason to waste my time posting more:

PLEASE FUND MY GRAPHCARD ACCOUNT.
I have tried everything i know to fund my graphcard account using vtn but nothing works. I logged in my graphcard and activate the add fund, after i filled the amount and send it kept telling me that "WE HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED" and nothing more. I reported this matter to the help desk with ticket 00000064 but the did nothing about it. This has lingered beyond one week now and i'm discouraged. I desperately want to use the money to buy something with my visa card. If the adim know that they are not yet ready to do business, why are they wasting our time. they should hurry and do something about my case. RE: PLEASE FUND MY GRAPHCARD ACCOUNT. (in reply to chummy)
Hello,
Log in to your Graphcard account.
Click "Add funds".
Click "VTN"
Type in the amount you have in Naira into the "Amount in Naira:" field.
Click the checkout button under.
Study the breakdown of dollar rate, the VTN merchant fee and the Amount to be credited.
"Any transfer from VTN to Graphcard attract a 2.5% plus N25 (equivalent in US dollars)
Exchange rate can change without warning"
If the amount you get as net amount is not up to the amount you want in your Grahcard account, click back and keep increasing the Naira amount you enter until it reaches the USD amount you want in Graphcard.
When you are satisfied, click the checkout button to proceed to log in to your VTN account to confirm
payment only.
If you don't have money in your VTN account, fund it. Click "How To Add Funds" from inside your VTN account to learn how to fund your VTN account. Then go back to carry out the steps described above.
Your Graphcard account will be funded instantly.
Regards.

l really don't understand what both the VTN and Graphcard customer support are
up to ; they barely respond to ANY tickets . l have sent tickets that are piling up
there , but no response - with all the plights and min-filled troubling questions -
just no one to reply or attend to them . VTN don't even have a phone contact ;
which would have made all these easier indeed, instead they put in that of
Graphcard U.S. in their Contact Us page .
l really don't know . But they keep bombarding my mail day in day out , but when
you ask one simple question/make a request/send ticket - they go dumb. l really don't understand what both the VTN and Graphcard customer support are
