Twitter sucks

If you've never heard about twitter, then maybe you don't listen to news, read newspapers, go to school, work, i.e you must have been isolated for the past couple of months. Twitter has been around for a while but is gaining popularity among web users worldwide as it community of tweeters who keep on posting event in their life and about their activities.
Twitter also allows mobile users to blog about themselves and where they are. Twitter allows for 140 characters in your post and for each tweet, it asks, what are you doing? Twitter is defnitely friendly and easy to use, common amongst politicians in Washington and bookmarked on President Obama's blackberry. Well i just don't twitter cos one should have some privacy.
Why should one have to keep on posting about what they are doing. I personally would like to keep some activities secret. Twitter is addictive, I've had enough of Facebook and Yahoo and now twitter, well, i may very well keep a low profile on that one. I love the idea behind twitter and the technology too, but wouldn't it be a time sucker? I love the fact that one can have a lot of followers on tweeter and when you're going for an election, you could have a good showing, but is it really worth all my time and effort.
Really, for me, Twitter sucks!
