Is this the access point for mtn gprs connection? I want to know if the address is right cos i've put in the settings but my line is not yet browsing. Has mtn changed the gprs access point?

The address is correct, mtn has not changed it. Also chekc your proxy and ensure that it is 10.199.212.002. You should activate your settings also by calling mtn customer service
