Why is Starcomms Izap slow? Now at 230kbs

By Uju in Nigeria - August 01, 2009 at 12:43:28. Why are Nigerian Telecommunication companies so unreliable and fraudulent. I got the Starcomms Izap just for the fact that it's fast and can help me make quick downloads and browsing without spending all day at my desk but for about 7 days now, the networks has gone to snail speed. The Izap was offered to the public with a speed of 300kbs to 2.4mbps but now this is not what we are having. Imagine having to pay for something that will not be delivered. This is pure 419 fraud.
