Starcomms Nigeria PLC is a Telecommunication company with a strong operational base in Lagos and across the country. The growth of Telecoms in Nigeria, a West African country with the fastest recorded telecommunication growth in recent times has meant good business too for Starcomms.
Nigeria is a country booming economically due to the influx of investment as part of the fledging democratic environment as well as increasing revenues from crude oil which is equally increasing per capita income and earnings of the middle class. I found your izap internet tech very efficient and effective My grouse however, is that although I pay monthly N6500 for 100 hours or i month usage whichever comes first, I have never used up to 80 hours in any month since December 2009 that I bought the system Thus there is always a short charge of around 30% ever month and this is grossly unfair to your unsuspecting innocent customers The figures quoted are from physical monthly calculations and your own daily and monthly records from your own izap domain I posted a letter to your Customer Services Manager on the same subject in February 2010 without reply Pls try to enlighten and educate the public (your esteemed customers)on how you compile your figures so that they do not see you negatively in spite of the credibility that you have established in good services This is my recommendation as your loyal customer and this approach is preferred to getting the Consumer Protection Commission involved Thank you

i beleive starcomms can do better than this present state of theirs, my organisation has paid for the office lines but it is yet to be activated,a client will call the customer care line and the next thing you will hear is pls hold on without a sloution to the issue on ground, if the organisation has gotten more than enough clients to handle, she should let go of some and we will seek for other telecomunication who will render better and satisfactory service to the clients.
once again pls look into your mode of operation; it is HIGHLY FAULTY AND PORUS.

I hear they are currently doing a free on-net call promo for starcomms users. All you need to do is make a call to another starcomms number and pay for the first three minutes and you can keep taklking for free till the end of that call. So the highest you get to pay for making any on-net call is for 3minutes only
