I found your izap internet tech very efficient and effective My grouse however, is that although I pay monthly N6500 for 100 hours or i month usage whichever comes first, I have never used up to 80 hours in any month since December 2009 that I bought the system Thus there is always a short charge of around 30% ever month and this is grossly unfair to your unsuspecting innocent customers The figures quoted are from physical monthly calculations and your own daily and monthly records from your own izap domain I posted a letter to your Customer Services Manager on the same subject in February 2010 without reply Pls try to enlighten and educate the public (your esteemed customers)on how you compile your figures so that they do not see you negatively in spite of the credibility that you have established in good services This is my recommendation as your loyal customer and this approach is preferred to getting the Consumer Protection Commission involved Thank you

i beleive starcomms can do better than this present state of theirs, my organisation has paid for the office lines but it is yet to be activated,a client will call the customer care line and the next thing you will hear is pls hold on without a sloution to the issue on ground, if the organisation has gotten more than enough clients to handle, she should let go of some and we will seek for other telecomunication who will render better and satisfactory service to the clients.
once again pls look into your mode of operation; it is HIGHLY FAULTY AND PORUS.

I hear they are currently doing a free on-net call promo for starcomms users. All you need to do is make a call to another starcomms number and pay for the first three minutes and you can keep taklking for free till the end of that call. So the highest you get to pay for making any on-net call is for 3minutes only

This is 4 days after and nothing has been done. You guys are as daft as my stick. I needed this connection for an official assignment over this holiday but you have just screwed every thing up for me. If you are serious here is my data ISDN 08190124339

SERVICE FAILURE AND SLUGGISH SERVICE DELIVERY.. I am your customer based in abuja, sometimes early july 2011 I complained of misplacing my modem within my house which was confirmed NOT been ACTIVE by your staff TAIYE but has 298hours left, I was persuaded by one of your marketers to purchase another package with modem promising that the outstanding hours of 298 will be added to the new 300hours bought immediately and to be expired in early january 2012,but to my surprise. TAIYE didn't transfer the credit claiming he meet only 50hours on it instead of 298hours agreed. I requested for the print out of where the 248hours was used, because the modem suppose to be inactive after my report.up till now no printout,no credit and the new modem has stopped working claiming it has expired. Kindly investigate . I will appreciate your expedite action.
