    That means you would want to reshedule your flight. It depends if the ticket you bough is a flexible one, if it is a cheap ticket or promo one, you would need to upgrade it to a flexible class of ticket in order to be able to reshedule your flight. Call customer service on how you can reshedule

    Go to www.flyeaero.com and select your current location in the From city box which is Lagos, I presume.
    Then selet the To City box which will be Abuja. The go down and select your departure date and the departure month and then click on the button below which says Find flights. It will take you to another page.
    You will see a list of available flights and their prices in the step 2 page, select one with your mouse by clicking the circle and then the Continue button below. Then it will take you to another page where you can confirm your order and select which Insurance options you want. Continue to the next page which will ask for your personal details like your name, address and others.
    When you are through with that stage, you will be take to the final page where you will make payment with your visa card, interswitch or Easytranzact card and after which a receipt will be displayed for you which you should save and print fro yourself

    Yes they are still doing the promo. I think there's a flight to Jos from Lagos on the 10th for N3000 only. Just check the website and select the day you want to travel

    I believe you book online and pay later at their sales office like at the airport but you must make payment before 24hrs after online booking. I guess they will also accept cash payments at their office after your online booking

    Since it says that you have already booked, what you need to do is go to the website and click on
    Bookings --> View/Change Booking and then enter your details:
    Last name Booking reference (e.g. ABCXYZ)

    Then follow the steps to completion. If you don't know your reference number, then I suggest you call customer service and tell them your name and necessary details in order to give you your reference number

    You can't book online without immediately making payment unless you booked on hold which means you would make payment later at the bank account given to you in the process. I think payments are allowed later in cash at the bank used for booking on hold else if you are making payment online, you ought to pay with etranzact or Interswitch enabled card or even other credit cards

    Maybe you should contact Aero first on their customer care number or your bank. What I'm sure of is if they don't issue you a ticket, they will revert your transaction and you will be credited back

    i booked and paid for ticket online. I had to change the time of departure and paid 1800.00 using my ATM. I was told transaction not successful,i went through the process again and was debited twice by bank. I went to your counter at MM2 and it was confirmed that i was debited twice. How do i get refund for the over charge? The transaction took place on 13 september,2011 and the code is ZNSVQL. Would be happy if the second payment can be reversed to my account

    I made mistake in placing my CVV instead of my pin code which I mistakenly filled on the VOUCHER User in tha previous PAGE,I canceled the process and in trying to rebook again I could not gained access and the system require me to contact the Call centre and it is over 30mins now without any feed back.
