I initially tried generating a visa card from my graphcard account as I used to do and was told I did not have funds in my account. Later on I was told to fund it with VTN and so I paid in some funds into my VTN account and now want to transfer the same to Graphcard and got an error.

Graphcard said that "We have been notified by VTN that your email was not found in their database". That is the error I get when I try to transfer funds to graphcard from VTN and it is just frustrating.

I don't think the problem is with VTN since they've already credited my account with the funds I loaded. The problem is that when I want to add funds from within my Graphcard using VTN, I normally get that error. I wonder if they are still active. If they were away, they should just suspend their website so that customers would know.

Have you tried transferring to Graphcard directly from your VTN account? I think that would work faster. If you have been trying to transfer to Graphcard from within your Graphcard account and it doesn't work, you can try transferring from within you VTN account directly. Just log in and you'll see a button that says transfer to Graphcard.

I have tried that also and it doesn't work. The message it gives is "We could not receive information from Graphcard.com. Please try again later."

How much are you transferring? I think the minimum amount is N5000. You can try transferring at least N5000. If it still doesn't work, you can always contact Graphcard's customer service.
