One thing I know for sure in the midst of this Covid-19 restriction palava is that many popular banks are going to lose customers to the less popular banks until theyve all achieved some balance. Imagine going to a bank like Gtbank or First bank and made to waste 2 hrs just because I want to deposit my money. I have switched to Sterling bank and I believe more people are going to switch to other smaller banks like Wema and Polaris.

All banks offer the same service and when people feel they are being poorly ttrrated, they will just move to another bank.
