MTN Syria Internet settings?

I would like to set up my Sony Ericsson phone for internet browsing with GPRS. I would also like it configured for my computer.

Requirements:
Your handset must support GPRS.
To access a specific account at a service provider, you must have a corresponding subscription with the service provider (account name, user name, password).
Handset specific settings are required and will be sent to the subscriber upon contacting Customer Care.

we used to have free 3G
and after that we used "units counter freezing" but they fixed this glitch
is there any way to get free internet on mobile ?? or can we bypass the MMS connection and use it for internet?
