I recently found out that my Starcomms business line has been disconnected. I didn't realize this for days and it had made me lose a lot of customer orders in my business. What do I do?

It means that you have not registered it yet. GO to their office and do the biometric registration. It doesn't take much time and it would be reactivated

It happened to me too and I just too my phone and went to their office to do the biometric registration. In 24 hrs, my phone started working again. I also have a Multilinks line that has stopped working and I'm suspecting that may be the same issue too.

I dont think so. You will need to be physically present so that things like youur thumbprint can be captured

They used to be on bode Thomas but their office address has been taken over by another company. I don't think they are working again
