Do you want to make money online from Nigeria? Have you tried many programmes and they all seem not to work for you? Well the truth is that you may not have chosen the right strategy that could help you achieve this. Making money online from Nigeria is really possible and all you need are the right tools and you could start getting somewhere. In order to be able to do this, here are the basic things that you need:
- Ability to offer something of value
- Ability to receive payments online

If you have got these things already, then all you need to do is to put them to work and you could start making the money easily.

One way I would recommend that you start is by promoting affiliate products by means of your blog. Although some peope use online advertising to promote their affiliate sales but that costs you too much money. If you could write and do product reiviews on your website, that woulkd save you much money while at the same time keep bringing you a commission everytime you make an affiliate sale. For instance, if you are promoting stuff like music or books from amazon, just use your blog to write extensively on it. Make some research on the internet about the product that you are referring and then write a comprehensive report on it so as to make you rank high in search engines. When people find your site and buy through it, you keep making money with it.
So with your blog, you can start writing about stuff that you know people normally buy and don't limit your target to Nigerians only, try and focus even on Americans, Europeans or even Asians and just make your blog review on products global. I know of someome who made a lot of money by referring movies on his blog since he had a viral blog about the movie and for every sale, he got 10%. Even if you don't make a sale but still manage to bring in traffic, you could still be making money by adding ppc ads on your ads like Google adsense and adbrite make some tonne of money from it. The good thing about making money online is that it is self motivating as in by the time you make your first dollar, you get motivated to work hard and keep making more.

Thanks a lot for the insight. Not everyone would be willing to share tips for making money online as they all want to sell something. I just want to know in Nigeria, how do you receive your internet money? Assuming I have all it takes to make the money, how will I finally be able to withdraw it. You can try payment processors like Alertpay or Moneybookers. You don't really need an escrow account to make money. I think it is a type of account service or skilled professionals get with their operating platform for instance guru.com creates escrow accounts for you to keep your earnings from contracts online and then allows you to choose when you want to withdraw them to a Nigerian domiciliary account.
