Zain Ghana: How to Pre-register/Reserve your phone number

Zain is in Ghana. It is no longer news. What is news is the fact that a lot of Ghanaians are already on the network and more are still interested in pre-registerering their phone numbers.
To get your number registered on the Zain network,
The 4 steps to follow are basically simple as listed below after you must have gone to the websitePre: Go to http://ichoose.gh.zain.com - This is the website reserved by Zain Ghana specifically for this purpose1. Reserve your number on Zain: This is what you do when you get to the website. The prefix is already noted there and starts with 0262 or 0264. You can select any of the two. The fill in the other blank boxes with a 6 digits of your choice.
The form automatically checks if the number you entered is already taken and if it is, the would tell you - "Sorry your preferred number is not available. Choose another number"
If you are successful with your chosen number, it tells you - "Congratulations! Your number is available."
Then Click on Reserve to go to Step 22. Tell us about yourself
This form page is to collect personal information about yourself. Zain Ghana wants to know her customers personally and it will help them even to retrieve you details when you may have lost them. * Make sure that you keep these details you've entered on this 2nd step private to yourself and not let anyone do it for you.The Details include the following:
*Name :
*Date of birth :
Email :
*Your old number :
*Gender :
*Registration channel :
*Your location
After you are through, then click on Next to go to step 3.3. Confirm your details:
This step is to confirm the details you entered on step 2 about your person. Step 3 displays the data and asks you to either edit or confirm it. Edit it if you made a maistake there and want to make changes. Be careful to put in the right detais as it will hep you when you want to make further correspondence to Zain Ghana. Click on Confirm if you are satisfied with the information so displayed and move to step 4 to finish.4. Print Reservation code:
Hurray! You've made it to the final stage. If you have not reached this final stage, then you've not registered your number yet. It is very important to get the feedback and confirmation results to show that your number has been officially reserved. You will receive a confirmation code on the site that you should save. When the results are displayed. It is good to have a copy of it in your records by printing it out or saving it in your Computer. An sms will also be sent to your phone in the format:Congratulations "Your name"
You have successfully reserved your Zain number. Your details are below;
Your Zain Number: 026 XXXXXXX
Reservation Code: XXXXXXXX
Please keep your reservation code safe. You will need it to retrieve your Zain number.
