I heard Airtel has finally taken over Zain Nigeria. Will the GPRS settings for Airtel remain the same as Zain or are they going to introduce a new one? I would like to know and also if they would be offering any free browsing promo or something like that

The new settings will be the same as old I presume except for the home page which will be ng.airtel.com

yes airtel have take over zain network.and the GPRS SETTINGS remains zain untill we verify the setting that will work more better.

APN (Access Point Name) : internet.ng.airtel.com

For WAP Settings,

I use an Iphone 3GS. I still cannot use it to connect to internet after inserting the APN setting: internet.ng.zain.com that Airtel gave me in the Cellular Data section of General Settings. Can anyone help out? I am getting no joy from Airtel. Thanks

Pls, i need to be able to browse, i have paid for Data Boundle service and uptill now i have not been able to browes, i have called customer service more than MILLION time and each of the provide me with his or her solutions, but all have not worked.my expectation is that, there should be a particular method of resolving issues that has to do with the issues am having which is MAKE ME BROWES, But obviosly, these peopls doing learn on the job, no training.This is actually my first time of using Zain/Airtel and i tell u, its not encouraging.
Pls, who ever is reading this text(Zain staff) if my one thousand can be converted back to a recharge card so i can make calls with it. i am not intersted in browsing with zain anymore, my MTN is doing the work very well.
